Greetings Peter,
I just surfed in from… can’t exactly remember the trail, actually! My neighbour’s name is also Peter Tan, and I thought this was his blog.

May I say that I greatly admire your courage, independence and spunkiness. You must have heard that a lot, so I hope it didn’t sound too trite coming from me
Baked potato - I love spuds with tuna mayo too, also with egg mayo and cheese&pickle fillings. That last one may sound like an expectant woman’s craving (I’m a guy by the way), but it’s actually quite good - u should try it.

Incidentally, I am having baked potatoes for lunch but I did not want to have the usual tuna filling. Your comment came in and voila! Baked potato with egg mayo, and they are just as delicious. Thank you.
