		<description>Dear Peter,

I'm normally in Johor Bahru during the weekend staying in Taman Mount Austin. I would like to know where is the most appropriate Catholic Church I could attend on Sunday for Mass.

Your advice please.

Regards

Dear Anne (posted on July 16th, 2006 at 13:36)

Here's contact details to Kajang parish:

Church of the Holy Family (1899)
11 Jalan Gereja, 43000 Kajang
Selangor
Tel: 03-8733 1154
Fax: 03-8733 0471

Parish Priest: Rev. Leow, Julian
PPC Chairperson: Mr Simon Phun
Saturday Sunset Mass: 7.00pm (E)
Sunday Masses: 8.15am(E), 10.00am(C) &#38; 5.30pm(T)

Direction: Find yourself to PLUS highway. Exit the highway through Kajang toll and drive toward Kajang town. Arriving in Kajang, you should follow the road continuously pass through several traffic light before meeting Metro Hotel on your right. The church is behind Metro Hotel. Take a right turn at the traffic light after the hotel main entrance. For exact details, please try the phone number above.

An alternate for Seri Kembangan, would be Chapel of St.Anne locate within the University Putra of Malaysia (UPM). Mainly cater for the need of Catholic student studying in UPM by a priest from St Francis Xavier, Petaling Jaya. But you could find nearby resident attending here. Mass is Sat evening. I am unsure of the exact time. Try being there before 6pm. Please note, there will be no Mass during the varsity student holiday.

Direction to Chapel of St.Anne: Find yourself to PLUS highway. Take the UPM, Serdang exit. Immediately after toll gate, go straight at the traffic light. Next take the 1st left turn. Go straight ahead after the left turning for about approximately 1 km. You should find the Chapel on your left, near an entrance with guard house. It more like a stand-alone house when it's vacant. (Besides PLUS, there is alternate route to UPM from Seri Kembangan)
