I hope that the relevant authorities will take this very seriously, and implement changes where necessary. Malaysia has a long way to go before it can be haven for physical equality in every aspect, but I'm glad that there are people like you who are doing something about it. It is a long and bumpy road. I do what I can because I am also one of them. If there is anything that I learnt from being paralysed for twenty years is that we have to fight our own battles because we know what we truly need.
