one thing i like about you (i mean i like alot of things about you (eg. glossy long hair), but this one stands out most) is that you don’t complain and rant and whine etc about the circumstances or disadvantages or fish for sympathy via your weblog (as opposed to: omg i fat liaoz/he doesnt love me/i broke lah/stupid air stewardess/mcds staff didnt give me extra fries/xiaxue sucks! etc.); but dealt with the issues very practically and maturely instead – keeping your emotions in check, thinking/writing ratioinally, looking up the authorities, writing letters, etc.

reading your weblog makes me feel like i should pull up my socks, kick my own ass, get the hell out of denial, and learn how to move on, etc. in my life. and while this process isn’t completed yet (is still very much ongoing), thank you for being an inspiration to me lah

Yup this is a disgrace all right. It is no point claiming to have toilets for the disabled when they are not maintained/designed properly. I certainly hope that something gets done in response to your valid complaint.
