I'm sorry to hear that your kidneys are failing and I wish that there was something that modern medical technology could do for you. I recently started my own blog (stemlife1.blogspot.com) which focuses on stem cell technology (my area of interest) and have written some entries on the treatment of spinal cord injury and other neurodegenerative conditions which have been attempted with stem cells of various sources. Now, I'll keep a special lookout for kidney failure. Although there have been reports on stem cell therapy for kidney disease, I don't think it applies to your condition thus far.
