I think I have said this before, but I'll say it again. It's because they don't have any relatives who are disabled. Not only are they incapable of having disabled-friendly buses yet....they're also having issues with punctuality! Was stuck in Carrefour for 90 mins and four U67 buses passed by - in the opposite direction. And I saw four Metro No. 13 buses. Sighs. I guess the higher-ranking people in Prasarana don't understand the situation... That is true. I think I have said this before, but I’ll say it again.
