i went there on boxing day with my family :) we ordered Pix 1 and 2 among other things :)

They serve the BEST Sweet and Sour Pork I’ve ever tasted. Crunchy, and almost perfect.

Nice food. Never had water cress with belachan. My friend took me to Ipoh last year. I don’t remember the restaurants but most of the food was good. We went to the famous soy milk/tah foo fah place. I bought a bunch of junk food (chicken biscuit, etc) too.

Peter:
Stir fried watercress in belacan is similar to kangkung in belacan. Other than visiting the in-laws, the other two things I like about Ipoh is food and more food. :)
