Any mistake that cannot be rectified locally will be very costly. I hope you get yours repaired fast. A faulty wheelchair is no fun to be in.]]></description>

Buying a new wheelchair can be really overwhelming though.  I have this new wheelchair that tips forward when I learn forward and backwards when I go up an incline.  Something went wrong with the measurements. With all the paperwork and authorizations required for repairs, I am completely besides myself over what to do. 

I hope everything goes more smoothly for you though.]]></description>
