Power Failure, Again!

The electricity went off at 4:34pm and was restored at 5:30pm. This is the second power failure in five days, after last Sunday‘s. I hope both incidents are a mere coincidence rather than an indicator of a developing trend. The elevators, however, were functioning this time around.

    Now what did you do again, Peter? 😛

    Anyway, it was a regular occurence in my area sometime back as the generator kept on tripping because of overload. And this is always in the night (the time where everybody uses the aircond I guess).

    Hope your problem is not becoming a “norm”

  2. My place also the same now and then power failure.What to do Tenaga is the only monopoly company, just have to live with it.Pity us lo.

  3. I would say Subang has the most notorious frequent case of blackouts..say more than 5 times in a year?

  4. We have a power outage the other day. Not long, about 30 minutes. Turned out some fool tried to steal the cables at the sub-station, plunging part of the city into darkness.

  5. A prelude to an increase in consumer’s elecricity rates in a month or two. Just bare with TNB.
