Barely Awake

I keep nodding off in front of the laptop. It is only 9.45am now. I am going back to bed with a deep sense of guilt. It is a wonder how Wuan could keep this up all the time when I am around – waking up at 5am to cook for me before going off to work. Most evenings, she gets off work at around 7pm, reaches home at 8pm and often retires for the day way past midnight.

  1. well, atleast there’s someone to “accompany” me in the wee hours

  2. Didn’t you ever say she’s heaven sent? I could’ve sworn I saw a pair of white angel wings over her shoulders the other day. 🙂

  3. Maybe she sleeps in the office?

    Peter:
Is that what you do in the office?

  4. Hi! Peter
Her dedication to you is one only she can understand. However, to people like us, we can only believe it’s her loving, caring and and voluntary commitment to you that must be richly praised and thoroughly appreciated. Please treat her with respect and in return an occasional bunch of flowers won’t go a miss. All the best the two of you.

  6. Not wonderful – “Wuan-derful” 😎 OK, everybody groan.
