Blocked Nose

Four hours of sleep was all I had for today from 7am to 11am. I went to bed at 12am last night but could not fall asleep because my nose was hopelessly blocked. Tried to blow out the mucus but it was futile. Luckily I had a three-hour siesta yesterday. Hopefully I can sleep better later tonight. It is no fun going through the day like I am on a codeine high – conscious but barely – without taking a drop of it.

  1. Pete,use a decongestant.The new ones clears the nasal passages for 8~10hrs.You’ll sleep well.Theres 2 types of cough mixture – one to remove phlegm and the other to stop the cough.
