Ignoring Murmurs From The Grapevine

There is this surreptitious hush passing from lip to ear urging family and friends to stock up on groceries lest something unpleasant happens after the General Election. Something is not right somewhere. This inherent sense of insecurity and suspicion against fellow countrymen is bound to boil over again if nothing is being done to check it. Politicians are solely to be blamed for this enmity in their eagerness to court support with their fiery speeches. Wuan and I are not stocking up our larder. Contrary to whatever misgivings I have for this nation’s administrators, I believe they still have shreds of decency in them to not allow the country to descend into anarchy for now.
