Mamma Mia! Dot Dot Dot

The one movie that got me tapping my feet if only I could. Not a fan of ABBA but know their songs by heart. Sang many of their more popular songs while playing the guitar in the early 80s. Yes, I am such a contradiction. Wuan dragged me to watch the movie at 1 Utama today. And yes, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie for the songs such as Dancing Queen, Super Trouper, SOS and of course, Mamma Mia. I almost did not want to leave at the end of the movie. Wuan had to drag me out from the cinema. Mama Mia! was that enjoyable. I wonder how much the tickets for the musical is going to cost.

  1. lets go for the musical!

    Peter:
I can think of 100 ways to spend RM1006 instead of splurging it on two tickets to the musical.

  2. Ahhhh Peter, you are my generation. The same happened to me. I wasn’t an Abba fan back then, but still remember their songs. When i saw the movie, I kept humming and singing the songs in my head.

My boy now is an Abba fan (but also drives on Metallica etc.). Generations change, good music stays, isn’t it? Because compared to many songs today, well Abba is kind of nice.

    Peter:
You mean to say we are THAT old?

  3. You can consider me as an Abba fan too. 🙂 Oh yeah, the tickets are quite expensive; the cheapest one will set you back by RM 150 and it’s for Tier 3 (the last row). Maybe I could watch the movie before it’s too late. 🙂

    Peter:
Don’t miss the movie. It is well worth the time.
