Bloggers Are Stupid

Bloggers are stupid. Thankfully, this category of bloggers are a minority. Nevertheless, these few are like the thorn in the flesh that pricks you where it hurts most. What do you get when you stand up for the rights of the people who are being discriminated and disparaged by publicity-seeking shallow-minded bloggers? You get abuses of all forms hurled at you from mindless droves of zombie-like fans that cannot see the facts for what it is. You get hate blogs dedicated to attacking your dignity in the crudest forms. Then there are the opportunists watching from the sidelines, looking for ways to manipulate such issues to drive traffic to their sites. After having exhausted that, they would turn on you by stupidly picking on certain β€œoffensive” words used in your blog and twist it out of context. These people need better dictionaries and lessons in respecting the rights and sensitivities of others. But most of all, they need to get a life. Need I say more?

  1. There are always those faceless bloggers and commenters who hide behind pseudo names. They’re like the scumbags who create grafitti in toilets. Then there are those who’d do anything for money, because they get paid for blogging…..Guess we’ll have develop thick skin or to learn to ignore them. There’s alway that risk when you stand up and say something in public. Just have to say your piece and put up your umbrella. Stay away from spitting contests. They’ll do you no good. Just keep doing what you love doing. That’s what life’s all about. Cheers.

  2. Someone once told me “If you fight with pigs, you might win BUT … it doesn’t erase the fact that you are still fighting with pigs”.

Sometimes it ain’t worth getting too offended with some people. Just ignore and move on. Cheers!

  3. a few months a go I had many hits from a blog, which to my surprise was by a blogger I personally knew. long story cut short, it was an online slander for something I never did. why do people do such things, really?

I learned to ignore that. your friends will know and appreciate you for who you really are. like scorkes said – they’re still just pigs at the end of the day. at least you’ve stood up for what you believed in! πŸ™‚

  4. LC_Teh,
It is such a sad thing to see how people can stoop so low to demean another person they have never met before.

    scorkes,
    Well said. πŸ˜€

    may,
Actually this entry is not about me although I was at the receiving end of a similar malice a few months back. It is such a waste to use blogs in such negative ways.

  5. we do our part and we move on. who knows whats going on in the heads of these people, only hope that as time passes it doesn’t get worse.

ps: did you eat yellow snow!?

  6. What May says is true, learn to ignore them bcos they’re still pigs at the end of the day. Humans can be stubborn, ignorant and hurtful sometimes. The govt. sent many to the gallows to hang but many are still selling drugs. They never will learn, so we just learn to ignore. Your friends are plenty! I am one.

  7. Peter I can understand very well what she has put you through.
I believe our efforts at highlighting her wrongdoings won’t go unnoticed by intelligent readers.

  8. cabai cabai cabai cabai cabai cabai cabai cabai cabai cabaicabaicabaicabaicabaicabaicabai

Say it quickly for 20 times and see if you mispronounce it?

  9. LKTan,
Thank you but as I have pointed out, this entry is not about me. It is about the unscrupulous people who set up hate blogs to denigrate others and the parasites who feed off this by maliciously linking to it with.

    Bryan,
    :X

    suanie,
Were we not one or both one time or another? Miss you? I am sorry to burst your bubble. I do not but I am missing Wuan already.

    xlx,
That episode was an eyeopener. Now I can see clearly the hypocrites for who they really are.

    SK,
Must be lar. He sounded so defensive.

    Kuzco,
You need to have more friends, go out more often… or go do something else.
