I am afflicted with blogger’s block. For one week now I have been sitting here, staring at the screen, wanting to write something but could not. The words just would not flow out. There are many topics that I want to blog about but they remain as mere ideas. Trying to verbalize those thoughts is like trying to squeeze water out of a rock.
Instead of writing, I am posting a photo that Wuan took at the Tan Kongsi in Beach Street, Penang. This ornate design is a ventilation hole. There are two at the front entrance, one on each side of the wall. Most Chinese temples have these built into the walls to facilitate the circulation of fumes from joss sticks and the air inside the building.

sometimes i have so many things running through my head and when i sit down in front of the pc, nothing comes down to my fingers.
i have a really hard time changing thoughts into words. ieven in comments, i might have a say in my mind, but i can’t put it into words. i hate it when it happens. unfortunately it happens all the time.
It is very frustrating, especially when there are so many things that I want to share but so little comes out. I envy those who are prolific; those who update their blog a few times a day.
i have a lot to blog on esp. on personal matters/views. it’s very easy to blog (write) on personal views but as i try to blog on politics too (as i feel people are interested in politics), i find it difficult to put into words. also i find it tedious to look for links.
well i do have lots to say on the whole, but unfortunately time is not on my side, so no chance to blog more. at least now i try to blog once a day.
You are definitely very prolific and blog a lot more often as compared to me. I enjoy your writing very much. 🙂
