Persevering In The Face Of Adversities

For every one person who doubts the heights I can accomplish, I shall inversely impress two others convincingly with what I can still pull off despite the limitations that I have to live with. I have learnt not to brood over the inadequacies of my disabilities. Feeling sorry for myself neither did solve nor make the problems go away. I have learnt to adapt. I have learnt not to give in. I have learnt that the bigger the obstacle that I have to surmount the greater the satisfaction when I triumph over it.

    Go Peter, a positive attitude will always help in any situation. It’s good to see that you chose to live life looking up and ahead instead of brooding and down.     Can u swim or kindofswim? What abt pumpings?? It’ll help heaps i think. For upper body strength..few times a day should suffice…

    I have a choice of either to exercise and recover from it the rest of the day or continue doing hat I have been doing. I do not have the stamina o do both.
